I dont know how much to feed my cham.

I have a 4 month old male veiled and ive heard many different answers to my questions so i thought i would ask you all my self. How many small crickets should he eat a day? And should he eat every day? If so how old does he need to get before i feed him every other day?

Welcome to the forums. At 4 months old you need to feed him everyday around 10 to 12 medium size crickets or other feeders of equal size. It's very important to mix up his diet. It's also important to gutload his feeders. After he reaches the age of 8 to 10 months (depending on his size) you can start feeding every other day. Below is a link to my blog for new keepers.
