I did it: I managed to bring myself to only feed Spike every other day

Thank you! Hope you're doing well. It's been very bittersweet. It's also been a rough couple days for Spike. I thought I had a great place picked out for him, and it turned out to be the worst place lmao too cold at night. Way too hot during the day. But I found a great place for him now and his temps/humidity have balanced out. He's doing awesome. I just gave him a couple small hornworms as a treat. ....Also because he surely had to be a little dehydrated considering the conditions the past couple of days lol

Per Spike don't be surprised if he acts off the first week. It will take him a bit to get used to the new surroundings and even light from windows. Take care of yourself during all of this. I know it tends to be the last thing people think about especially if you are anything like me. But you can not care for others if your own cup is empty.

True. Yeah, I understand. To be honest, he seems to be handling it really well. I am really surprised, between the double move, temp/humidity imbalances, etc. I'm keeping a pretty close eye on him and I won't go to work until Tuesday, so I'll continue to for now. If anything seems alarming I'll be asking for help :) Thank you <3
