Husbandry check/Too skinny?

Hey guys!

I just wanted to get some thoughts and opinions on how my little guy is doing. I’m not sure if he is skinny and if I should be feeding him more because he devours anything I put in there in seconds.

HUSBANDRY INFO
Your Chameleon - The species, sex, and age of your chameleon. How long has it been in your care?

Veiled Chameleon
Male.
A couple days
5-6 months I believe

Handling - How often do you handle your chameleon?

Never handled. Don't really plan on it at this point.

Feeding - What are you feeding your cham? What amount? What is the schedule? How are you gut-loading your feeders?

i feed him just crickets right now. I feed him 12 medium/large crickets every day before noon. I gutload my crickets with mustard greens, collard greens, and sometimes kale. They seem to eat them all pretty well.

Supplements - What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products are you dusting your feeders with and what is the schedule?

Arcadia EarthPro and Repashy Calcium plus LoD.
I dust with Arcadia every feeding and use Repashy Calcium plus LoD every two weeks.

Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? How often and how long to you mist? Do you see your chameleon drinking?

I have an automated mister that mists for one minute every 6 hours.
I also have a drip system that I fill up once a week that will drip for two days.
I have seen him drink from drip system a couple times when I fill it up.

Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recent droppings. Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites?

Droppings are pretty consistent. They seem to be pretty soft and the heaters are mostly white.

History - Any previous information about your cham that might be useful to others when trying to help you.

No previous health problems to report.

Cage Info:
Cage Type - Describe your cage (Glass, Screen, Combo?) What are the dimensions?

Screen cage with shower curtain covering two sides.
2 feet wide, 2 feet long, 4 feet high

Lighting - What brand, model, and types of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule?

Reptisun 5.0 in a reflector. Lights go on at 9am and turn off at 9pm.

Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps?

The cage is between 70-75 degrees. The basking area is 80 degrees.
Overnight temp is between 70.
I have a temp gun that I've been using and then I also have a hygrometer that measures the ambient air.

Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity?

Humidity during the day is between 40-55%. The natural humidity in my room is 40-55% due to the large number of plants and aquariums.
I use a hygrometer that I got off amazon that was recommended to me when I started keeping dart frogs.

Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind?

Yes there is a pothos and schefflera and some kind of cane plant.

Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor?

My cage is located in the corner of the room. No fans or vents anywhere. It is in my bedroom so he pretty much just sees me when I'm around.
It's on a dresser so it's probably 3 feet off the ground. The top point of the cage is almost at the ceiling.

Location - Where are you geographically located?

I'm located in SLC Utah

Current Problem - The current problem you are concerned about.

Not really concerned about anything in particular. I wanted to check to make sure he looked a good weight and was growing correctly. Also wanted to check for any health problems I may be seeing. He does spend quite a bit of the day in the basking area with dark coloring, which I assume is to absorb heat. He’s pretty active and eats really well. He is quite shy.
