what should the humidity be in rubbermaid box be for panther eggs?i put some vermiculite in a rubbermaid box to practice temp inside box is at 82 and i put a 1/8 hole on top of led humidity is at 99%.i'v looked for info every where and all i find is temps no one ever says what humidity should be.any one know the answer?

I never check my humidity with a guage. I just know that if the vermiculite is only moist enough that you can't squeeze more than a drop or two of water from it when you take a fist full of it the moisture level is in the right range. I also can tell you that my container has beads of moisture on the walls and lid of it once it is placed in the incubator.

One more thing....I think you are setting the temperature too high...
"Eggs incubated at over 80ºF in early incubation can remain in diapause for over 12 months in some cases"...
