humidity question

Hi! I got a baby panther today that is almost to 3 months old. I had read somewhere that proper humidity for him should be between 40-60, but in other discussions I am seeing people say it should be as high as 80. this is my first cham and I certainly want to make sure he has the absolute best care possible. can anyone tell me what humidity they would recommend? and does this change with age?

thanks so much!

Here is a caresheet on panther chameleons: https://www.chameleonforums.com/care/caresheets/panther/

I generally aim for 50-60% for most of the day, but when the misters go off it spikes to 70-80%. You don't want it to stay quite that humid all the time, but it's okay if it gets that high periodically.

Congrats on your new cham!
The caresheets that Ferretinmyshoes provided links to are excellent.
They give you good, accurate information.
