Humidity and Temperature Levels

I looked through the FAQ but missed something about humidity and temperature for a fischer chameleon.

What would optimal temps and humidity levels be? I just put him in his new meshed cage and its reading 72* F and 90% humidity.

15-25c all year around. and very very wet.
