how can I help him, I can't fog every night bc he is in a room with carpet and trust me I would move him if I could. The humidity levels in my house get up to 60-70% at night and I mist him every day up to 5-6 times.

It looks more like it had been a few days since he had pooped, rather than being dehydrated. The longer the urate is inside and not passed, it will darken.
