How young is too young for free range?

I have a small freerange setup in my cham room. (NOTE: I'm not talking about roaming the whole house here.) One of the chams I'm getting on Saturday is 7 months old, 3" long. When can she go out to play?

I free range shortly after they hatch but I'm experienced with chams and free ranging and I use set ups that they can not escape from like this:
