How to transport my chameleon

So I have a chameleon and I’m moving to South Carolina(12 hours away) and I was wonder what the best way to get her there would be? I want to make sure I take the necessary precautions to make sure she is safe. She’s a veiled I’m not sure if that makes a difference

If you’re driving you can just put her in a box with a stable branch for her to hold on to. Once the box is closed and it’s dark, she’ll fall asleep.

Ok she won’t get too cold or stressed with the bumps and stuff? Sorry if these are dumb questions just nervous

She'll be fine in the box. If your temperatures are really cold you can lay a hot water bottle against one side of the box but only use slightly warm water. You don't want to overheat her when she's in a contained space.
