altoona doesnt have one..and im sick of wallowing in my own loneliness...so how is it done? just getting a bunch of people together and nominate a few for chains of command, meet somepleace monthly, bring a pet, and organize events to help things..like reptile rescues? or is it more in depth? do we need a permit or something to become an "official" society? help!
