Hello,
I am purchasing a frilled lizard this week end, he was CB in an Indonesian farm, he is in very good shape but I will be inspecting him tomorrow. I have a magnifying glass and will be searching for mites just in case, this is my first ever imported reptile.
Does anyone have an tips on specific spots and techniques to look for mites? I have been goggling for a week and all I find are how to find them on snakes, but frills don't have any scales!
A closeup shot of a mite on any reptile besides snakes would be very helpful.
