How to disinfect grape vines

Hello everybody, i want to disinfect some grape vines that have been on top of a garage for 2 years now. No matter how much i rub them, i know that there are parasite on them which i dont want to remove by bleach. This is why i am wondering at what temperature i should "cook/heat" these vines in the oven and for how long. Thanks for your time everyone,

If you have enough room, put them in the freezer for a while

I want to make a lot of cages fast. Im getting a lot of panthers in the very near future. I need to know how long to put them in the oven and what temperatures.

i take a propane torch and go over them diligently.

450 temp for 30-45 minutes or if you can find a place that does sand blasting see how much and take them there and let them go over then again the heat from that should do the trick or if your still good friends with your arts teacher take them to the high school and see if they will let you do that in their pottery kettle.
