How to determine age of baby veiled?

Hello,

I've had my baby male veiled chameleon for a month and a week, and I'm wondering how I can determine how many months old he is? When I purchased him from LLL Reptile, I was told over the phone that they were 2 months old, but I'm not sure if that was accurate (based on photos of other chameleons I've seen).

Any suggestions? I haven't been able to find any info on how long/big they should be at X months old.

He looks to be about the same size as my 2-month-old baby veiled.

Welcome to the forums. My guess would be around 2 months old. Are you sure that you have a male? Does he have little bumps on the heels of his two back feet? I have a blog for new keepers that I'm attaching for you below.

Wonderful blog. I personally no longer have a veild. (Had one about ten years a ago. Wish I had this info then)
