How to control centipede infestation

In our red eyed tree frogs viv we have woodlice, springtails and centipedes which the centipedes breeding has gone mad they are literally everywhere what can we use to control this outburst thanks

If they're big enough to be a threat to your frogs, CO2 bomb the tank(if you can't get the centipedes out manually). If they're small, their numbers will probably control themselves over time.

Not a very clear pic but now am starting to think millipede

Yeah you prob had some eggs all hatch at the same time, they come in a lot of times in plant soil. Anyway, good idea id just pick them out as you see them, but they won't hurt anything. Good luck
