how to contain flightless fruit flies

So we picked up the fruit flies for the new pygmy but there is a problem. Is there any way to contain them from running out of the cup or am i supposed to let them just free rang with the baby? Need help please

When I used them with my baby veileds, I just let them free range in the baby bins.

some people use a cup with a lid an have a hole in the center then put a little stick down the hole and they will climb up the stick an hang out alil while on the stick and the babies pick them off the stick but i always just dumped some in an let them roam around but i also had 4 at a time with one rite now ya mite try the stick trick..
