How old is she?

I'm going to adopt a female veiled chameleon next week and was wondering how old she is and would she be better off in a smaller cage or could I get just put her in a 24x24x48 cage already? She looks fully grown to me in the last 3 pics.

its hard to tell cause the 1st photo she looks really young but id say anywhere between 3.5-5 months old

I had the exact same problem. That's why I wanted a second opinion, I'm going to get a smaller cage and use that for future new incomers.

if she is about 5 months get her the bigger cage even though there are people on here that say that you should get a smaler cage so they can find food, but if you cup feed there shouldnt be an issue

I don't think a female veiled ever "needs" a 2x2x4 foot enclosure.
18x18x30 or 36 inches or 24x24x36 is plenty of space.
You can put a girl in the 2x2x4 if you want but don't tell people they have to have that cage size for a female.

I find it hard to believe that first pic was taken just a couple of weeks ago. But judging on the other pics shes pretty much full grown maybe alittle smaller i'd say 5 months. I have my female vieled in a 2x2x3ft enclosure.

Cool thanks, well I ordered both a 12x24x24 and a 24x24x48 (it was on sale at LLL reptile). I'll see how small (or large she actually is) sometime next week. She's definitely going in the smaller cage first. I was hoping she'd out grow that so when I get a panther, it could go in the smaller cage. But I guess that plan will be scrapped. Thanks for the info. Can't wait to get my first chameleon. It's so exciting.
