how old is my female veiled

how old do you guys think she is? the pet store tried to tell me she was almost a year, but i know thats not true

mabe 4-6 months.

but shes super skinny.
and icky looking.
and dehydrated.

give her a warm shower every day as it looks like shes got some retained shed going on,
food. good food, with good gutloading.
and supplements.
if you can give her natural sun light outside, do it.
lots of warm water mistings.

okay thank you. yeah i use the bug burger for gutloading as well as veggies and fruits. she is super active also. she is always moving around her cage. she seems to like make herself skinny sometimes also. she like stretches out.

yea they do that, but even when tehy do that, you can see they really arnt skinny.

i think with some tlc, water, food, and good housing, shell be very pretty.

I would say about 4 to 5 months. Looks like she is not happy to be out! Is there a lot of dark spots on her in the pic? They will do that sometimes when they are stressed or upset. Its tough to tell from the pic, but I agree she looks a bit thin and also dehydrated. You can offer some kale or collard greens as a supplement if she doesn't drink for you.

Also, at 4 to 5 months, I would suggest no more Dora the Explorer. Maybe time for some Animal Planet shows or National Geographic magazines! He He...

haha that is too funny. and yeah she was pissed to be out. she was like lime green till i picked her up then she was hissing and snapping at me but i needed the pic for yalls opinion. but she is good now but she just stays hidden in the ficus in her cage
