How old is my cham??

Hello everyone. So i kinda rescued my chamm from a friend whose brother just abandoned it. I was told she was 6 months when i rescued her and i have had her for about 3months now making her approx 9months? Is their any way to get an accurate age for her? Can any1 estimate her age?

Wow she looks just like mine. Mine is about the same size and I was told she is about 9-10 months.
