How old does Matcha look? Does she look too skinny?

Matcha looks to be a very healthy weight; perfect for a female, I'd say!
Her big girl colors are showing; so, I'm going to guess 7-9 months old. Definitely an older juvenile, at least.
I'd make sure she has a lay bin ready, and start her on her big girl diet of 3-6 feeder bugs every other day. Female's should also have a lower basking temperature. I usually keep mine between 70-77F in the basking area.

Beautiful little lady. 
Is she showing colors or patterns when at rest or all the time, or is it just when she’s held or the raise stressed? If it’s all the time, then she is mature enough to start producing eggs.

she has only shown those colors immediately out of the box home from the store, she hasn’t shown them again since.Beautiful little lady.

the slightly darker color was outside, besides that she’s usually a light green relaxed color.

Ok, great! She hasn’t yet reached her full maturity yet. Do be prepared and it never hurts to get that lay bin ready and in the enclosure, but I think she still has some time before she’ll be producing eggs.

It usually gets moistened from misting, I'd hold off on adding more until you know for sure she has eggs.
Just keep it in there for now, until she gets used to it.
It's also recommend to drill holes in the bottom of the bin, so it doesn't turn into mud; and add landscaping fabric to help keep the sand from falling out the holes.
