How often to dust food?

Use plain calcium at just about every feeding. Calcium with D3 twice a month and a multivitamin such as Rep-Cal Herptivite once a month. Just lightly dust.....don't make your feeders look like ghost.

I use the JurassiCal from your first link (fyi please use the edit button when available, double-posting is not nice). As far as vitamin A goes, I recommend using Herptivite for most dustings but using Reptivite once a month. Reptivite has preformed vitamin A while Herptivite has Beta Carotene. I try to use vitamins as sparingly as possible, but my chameleon lives outside. I usually give calcium once a week and Herptivite once a week (Reptivite instead at the end of the month). As my chameleon lives outside I don't supplement any D3, but you should.

There is much advice on dusting, I'd suggest doing some research and figure out the best regimen to use for your cham.
