how often should i mist or spray my chams cage

It depends a lot on the species you have, where you live (the climate and temperature range), and the humidity level in the room. If you give us more information we can help you better.

OK, that helps! If your humidity level stays that high most of the time, you should only need to spray once a day so she can drink and clean her eyes. As the seasons change just keep track of the humidity...it could drop a lot if you use an AC in summer or forced air heat in winter. Make sure your humidity gauge is working properly. I don't trust the little analog dial types from pet shops as they are notorious for sticking on one level all the time.

Man i wish i could get my humidity level up that high haha, ive gotten it up to 65 before but thats the highest haha. I usually keep mine around 50-60 and i can do that with spraying twice a day
