how much should i supplement?

how much should i supplement on calcium?

ive heard people who supplement calcium everyday, and some people ive heard only supplement calcium once a week. me, personally, i dust 3x a week, is that too much or too little?

btw hes 9 months old ,male, veiled cham.

also, i feed him 10 large crickets a day, is that also too much? and i feed him medium hornworms every other day, then i will feed him 4-5 cuz hornworms are really big.

plz tell me if im right?!?

The feeders have to be "lightly" dusted with 3 kinds of supplements. Plain calcium (no d3) at everyother feeding. Calcium with d3 twice a month and a multi. vit. once a month. Think of it this way...since the insects we use almost all have a poor ratio of calcium to phos. wouldn't it make sense to dust them all lightly to make up for it??
