How many isopods for 55 gallon tank?

I have a 55 gallon tank with 7 Pygmies in it right now, I have one culture of dwarf white wood lice and some WC sow bugs in there right now. How many more 24 oz cultures of springtails and other isopods do I need for a decent clean up crew?

Make sure that there enough old leaves inside where they can't be found by Rhampholeons. If the conditions are good, they will increase their population very fast

From what I read with plenty of plants and isopods such as spring tails,etc the soil can be kept clean ?
