How many eggs?

My female veiled just started laying eggs around 2 hrs ago. I was wondering how many to expect and also how long the process might take. She’s very young, probably around 4-5 months and this is her first time ever laying eggs.

It could take into tomorrow for her to completely lay and then cover up her hole. When she’s all done, she’ll be on her basking branch looking much thinner and a bit dirty. Hopefully she won’t have a large clutch.

Don't bother her...don't let her see you watching her....let her do her own thing.
You can leave the lights on the same schedule.
What @MissSkittles said is right!

assuming she wasn't mated, you should eventually dig them up and count them so you will know if you're overfeeding her, etc.

After she lays this clutch, feed and hydrate her well for a few days. Then you’ll want to cut back on her feedings to 3-4 med sized feeders every other day. You’ll also want her basking temps no higher than around 80-82*. This is to help reduce not only the number of eggs she lays, but the frequency as well. Laying takes a lot out of them and shortens their lives. Large clutches can also be higher sink for egg binding.
