Where do you buy all these insects-I feed both adults and juniors pretty much every day.
Sample of what a Juvy would eat:
Day1: 3-6 small crickets (gutloaded and calcium dusted)
Day 2: 1 small zophobas worm (calicum dusted)
Day 3: 5 or 6 small crickets (2 vitamin dusted, 3 calcium dusted)
Day 4: 1 silkworm, 2 small mealworms
Day 5: few crickets (gutloaded and calcium dusted) and 1 roach nymph
Day 6: 1 or 2 silkworms, 2 or 3 crickets (calcium dusted)
Day 7: butterworm (vitamin dusted), 1 small phasmid
Day 8: 2 small isopods, 4 or 5 crickets (gutloaded and half of them calcium dusted)
Day 9: 1 silkworm, 4 crickets (gutloaded and calcium dusted)
Day 10: 2 crickets (gutloaded and calcium+D3 dusted), 1 small phasmid

Day 2: 5 crickets (gutloaded and calcium dusted)
Day 3: 1 Silkworm, 1 superworm zophobas
Day 4: 2 Crickets (gutloaded and calcium dusted) and 1 roach
Day 5: 1 hornworm, 1 phasmid
Day 6: 2 small isopods, 1 butterworm (vitamin dusted)
Day 7: 4-6 crickets (gutloaded and calcium dusted)
Day 8: 2 silkworms
Day 9: 1 Silkworm, 1 isopod
