so hi everyone, i am a new owner who just bought his veiled chameleon baby ( about 3 months old) last week. He's a boy. Currently eating 5 little crickets everyday, i tried to put 3 more in today and he ate them all.
i am just wondering, should i feed as many crickets as possible til he cant eat anymore or should i keep it to 5 per day?

thanks very much and excuse my bad english..

10 a day is good. No more than 12 though. Make sure they're dusted appropriately!

i give babies as much as they can eat within 5 minutes, and do that several times a day.

I usually feed my baby chameleons as much as they will eat in a couple of minutes every day...and leave a couple in the cage for dessert later on.

    Hi Kara,
Just curious, how do you dust your crickets? Say you are feeding 10 crickets then do you dust all 10 of them or just say 5 of them? Do you use calcium and vitamin mix during every feed or do you use the vitamin mix only once a week?
