how many crickets a day

i was just wondering how many crickets a full grown panther chameleon should eat a day?

my boy gets about 4 a day or like 6 every other day, that all he seems to want.

If its a male I feed mine more than that. I judge how many to give him by looking at his head pads...they should always be protruding IMHO.
