Mealworms are a terrible feeder and should be avoided. Not great nutritionally and can cause an impaction. Are they all you have? What kind of cham?

i agree, at least feed him superworms if anything. i almost never feed my lil dude mealworms. he doesnt even like them

Ah, there's nothing wrong with a few mealworms every now and again (better than waxworms!). At least they will eat anything so you can gutload them nicely.
They really shouldn't be all you have, but if it's an emergency then give some (maybe up to 5? depending on how big your cham is now - I am going by profile picture).


I look at them like a bag of crisps (or chips for you Americans).

I don't feed them to him. my husband gets them for him but I feed them to my chickens. Ran out of crickets so I had no choice only gave him 4. Thank you guys for answering
