How many butter worm should i feed to my chameleon?

I have a 5 months old veil chameleon, and he loves wax worm, i know overfeeding him with wax worm is not good, so i am thinking of getting him butter worm instead. So is there a difference between wax worm and butter worm? if it is, which one is better?

I'd say butter worms are much better feeders that wax worms and at that age you could give him a few a couple of times a week. Attached is a nutritional chart you might find interesting.

Thxxxxx....it is hard to believe that butter worms have lower fat content than wax worms...well, i just order some butter worms for my veil i hope he would love them...

You can also gutload butterworms better than waxworms. Butterworms will eat slightly steamed (and cooled) butternut squash, for example.
