How long can a veiled cham shed for?

My veiled cham started shedding on Saturday....he was "grumpy" all day. since then he still seems to be in the shedding "mood" though there is a little bit left on his head.

When they are babies if you blink it's over. It can be that quick. As they grow older it takes longer and they shed little bits at a time. One day it can be the tail two days later the head and so on. They can stop eating for a time.

ya I noticed his eating habits aren't exactly back up to par yet. hes only a week older now than in my avatar. not sure exactly how old he is, I got him from a pet store.

also does the white in his armpits/legpits mean anything? or is it just part of the shedding...

Yes, all the skin will turn white and he will literally " burst" . It's important not to help as it wii come off itself. If any skin remains you can mist more and that will help.

there's skin stuck on his forehead that has been there for a couple of days now and he doesn't seem too happy about it.

Give it extra mistings. You could moisten it with a moist q tip.
