How long can a heat bulb go before it needs to be changed?

Hello everyone, I have just got a 60watt Flukers heat bulb and I was wondering how long it can go for before it needs to be changed

I think til it won’t stay on any more

Ok I though maybe there was a time when it just didn’t put out heat anymore

No, it’s a lightbulb and not an LED so it will always put out heat til it blows out.

Always keep a few extra bulbs.

They burn out just like your light bulbs do in the house. But they produce heat as long as they light up. I also always keep a back up in case it burns out.
