Hello everyone,
I was just wondering if I could get some feedback regarding supplement dusting of food. I feel like the terminology 'light dusting' is very subjective and I am in a constant state of wondering if I've done too much, or done too little, or if Im okay.
^This is about the amount I've been doing with the regular zoomed repticalcium no D3, I was putting on more before but kept thinking it might be too much.
^I'm in to process of switching over to just using repashy calcium plus lowD, and this is a photo of one of the first times I did the dusting. Still in the same situation wondering if I'm doing too much or too little.
Any pictures of what you consider the right amount of supplement dusting would be appreciated so that I could compare.
