9 month old Yemen chameleon, hasn’t laid any eggs yet but has large laying bin filled with damp sand available at all times.
Enclosure is about 1m x 0.5m x 0.5m
Heat lamp is 100w and uvb bulb is 5.0(I think) both about 9” above favourite basking spot.
Lights turn on at 9am and off at 9pm.
Heat at top of enclosure is around 100•f
And bottom is around 70•f
During night whole tank is around 70•f
Humidity is always between 30%-70%
I mist the tank every few hours letting it completely dry out before I mist again.
She eats around 5 medium locusts and 3 calci worms dusted with calcium every day (around 1pm) and I dust with calcium+D3 and vitamins a few times a month.
Does anyone recommend I do anything differently? Or ensure that I do anything else?
