How do i keep the humidity up to 70% without the reptifogger?

You do not have to have the humidity up that high all the time.

You should just gently mist the cage for a couple minutes around 3 times a day. This should bring up the humidity to around 70-80% for a good while, and then it dries out.

They need dry time too. Don't try to make it humid for too long. Dry time is always fine.

What species are we talking about? The humidity requirements are different for different species.

If you control the Reptifogger with a multiple setting lamp timer you can set it to cycle on or off when you are gone. That way you can create wetter and drier periods, not have it run constantly.
