How different should their Calcium/Multivitamin dustings be? (2 Chams)

A ~1 year-old Jackson's and a >2 month old male Veiled. The latter is coming home very soon, I'm still preparing and also waiting on his big screen cage to come in delivery :D

I was misinformed on my Jackson's calcium/multivitamin dusting recommendations - the person I bought him from did not know the calcium had D3 (I am just now reading more about it) and then told me to dust with the Calcium with D3 and Multivitamin just once a month. It was originally calcium and multivitamin once a week.

But as far as a growing veiled goes, what should I do? Buy calcium without D3? Winter is coming up and they won't get natural light anytime soon unfortunately! :(

The Jackson's diet is strictly large crickets (I offer 4-5 per day but he'll only eat about 3 unless he's in the mood for hand-feeding) and a wax worm OR a mealworm once every 2 weeks-1 month. So, infrequent.

Also could you guys recommend me some nice gutloading veggies for them? I've just been using cricket diet thus far but I'd like to expand this :)

Here are the specifics:

Multivitamin Reptolife plus (Tetrafauna)
-Vitamin A, B1, B2, B6, B12, D3, C, trace elements.

Calcium Reptocal with Calcium and D3 (Tetrafauna)

-Vitamin A, D3, E, menadione, thiamine, etc.

In order of greatest to least.

For the veiled you will need calcium without D3 and use that at every feeding. In addition use a multivitamin and the calcium with D3 twice every two weeks each. Baby chams need a lot of calcium, but too much D3 can actually cause toxicity and kidney damage, which is why you need to have plain calcium.

For jacksons I use the calcium without D3 twice a week and the other two only one a month each.
