How can I get the chameleon from airport? Please helo!!!!

I felt so confuse. Because I want to buy one from chroma chameleons. He said I must go to airport and get it. BUT I don't know where ?I mean which part of airport do I need to go? By the way I am in Vancouver. I don't know which counter need go? Do I have any sheet that can prove this chameleon is mine?

The answer to your question is right on Chromachameleon's website

Chromachameleons sells CB chameleons with a 7 day health guarantee, when picked up, delivered or shipped via Air Canada Cargo, unless specifically stated otherwise. Air Canada Cargo shipments require the buyer to pick up within 4 hours of availability at the Air Canada Cargo office at the destination airport or the health guarantee is voided. Shipment will occur on a mutually agreeable date and time.

I'm sure that they can answer the questions regarding paperwork, but I would guess that you would receive an emailed receipt or a faxed receipt and would then need to show ID and your receipt at the Air Canada Cargo office.

Your best bet is to set-up the chameleon's screen cage, plants,vines, lights, etc. BEFORE your chameleon arrives.

Normally after you purchase most places will send you a conformation with shipping info in the info you will told airport, arrival time, shipping company example west jet , you will need ID to claim.
