and yes you can track the package
you should be able to see it in you email or you can go to UPS.com and punch in the tracking numbers.

It happened to Tom (tkilgore) & I when I shipped him a baby quad. For some reason that they never could explain the little guy spent 2 nights in Louisville KY instead of one. He finally arrive on day 3 instead of overnight (day 2). The baby was just fine. Tom says he is doing great. Hang in there, it will be ok.

I knew someone where it was delayed a day. The cham was fine. I would say that as soon as he arrives put him/her in the enclosure and give a really good mist. Hope everything turns out well.

Oh yes, you can track it just fine, you just can't make them deliver it as specified. Tracking was watched and calls made, but you can't even file a claim for "damaged shipment" if something happens because an animal is considered perishable.
In order to make a claim for late shipment you have to go to the Ship Your Reptiles people and they make the claim, then they should reimburse you.

I just had a nitemare today with ups i didnt sleep all nite but an hr here or there kept checkin the ups trackinan everything seemed fine till he got to cali then there was some kina weather prob to which i still havent seen or heard about im thinkin your cham got on the same ups flight mine was on i ranted an ranted when they told me that its been delayed an that it mite be tomarrow i freaked out he was stuck in ontario calif they were tellin me that he still hadta go to sylmar ca be sorted and then loaded into there delevery trk well i raised hell an they called me from the sylmar hub an i broke the speed record for time to sylma. even when i got there an went in told them i was there to pick up my package the guy looked it up an says your package isnt here yet an i thinkthe guy could tell by the look on my face we were goi have a prob i said they had called me from here an told me it was here so hed better call to the dock an check before i go postal an sure enough it was there an they brought it up to me. now if i hadnt put up a big fuss an went to sylmar arley would still be sittin at ups for delivery tomarrow, which i had told them the whole time was unacceptable... did they tell you it was delayed in cali?

They didn't tell me where it was delayed. It was sent to a forum member and we both are pretty worried.

well i think they all meet up in ky and then they fly out here an if yours didnt make it to ore then id bet it was on same flight mine was an thats why they didnt get him, i only got mine cause i raised a big stink im talkin big, an im in cali an still had the time to go an get himstead of waitin on them to deliver him tomarrow

the delay didnt show up on my trackin till it was scanned into ontario.hope the cham turns out ok i know i couldnt a slept again tonight if arley hadnt made it..

he arrived all safe and sound just un packed him and misted him down. poor lil guy stuck on that hot ups truck for 6 hours. but he seems happy now in his cage explorin the new stuff
