horny veiled chameleon!

i dont know but my 10 month old veiled seems extra horny lately! hes had about 3-4 sperm plugs in the last month and a half or so.
man i need to get dynamite a girlfriend.......fast.
also he has NEVER had a prolapse with his hemipenis. ive seen it once and it went right back in.

what exactly does a sperm plug look like??

I thought my chameleon was about to poo the other day and he just dropped a bunch of white liquid that I could think would be a sperm plug. It was the size of about a finger nail

Google "chameleon sperm plug" to see what they look like. They're sometimes yellowish. The whitish thing you saw was quite possibly just a urate.

He's the right age for a big influx of hormones...He's roughly the equivalent of a 7th or 8th grade boy in that respect...

He doesn't really NEED a girlfriend. Only get a female if you are ready for the very big responsibility of breeding and generally dealing with a female (more challenging over all).

You might check around to see if someone in your area has a female he/she wants to breed.
