I have a ten month old veiled and I'm going to be getting a 6 month old panther. I just had a gravid dubia roach give birth, but the babies are too small to feed. Will hornworms be fine until the roaches are big enough?
Sure. Hornworms are very nutritive and one of the best feeders in my opinion. If you could give them hornworms and some crickets at the same time, it should be enough! Of course, dont forget to supplement everything!
When supplementing the horn worms, make sure to not get the dust around their face. Try to dust just their back body. The dust can really kill them, if your chameleon decides he's not hungry, you can save the worm instead of tossing it.
