Hornworms, silkworms

Hi I was wondering when can I start to feed my 4 month old panther chameleon hornworms and silkworms I got some baby worms so can I feed him them?

You can feed either assuming they're appropriately sized (though, both silks and horns can likely be a bit larger without causing issues)

Well there all in different sizes there are some that are like 1/2 in. And the biggest is like 1 in.

Yep just depends on the size as long as its not bigger than the width of the head of your chameleon
