make sure you keep the pupae nice and warm... not sure why they are not hatching for you? how warm are you keeping them?

I have a 25 watt bulb that's on 12-14 hours a day as well as a "dusk" light that's on all the time. What is the ideal temp?

Don't give up yet!!! Depending on ur temp, they could take up to 2+ months to hatch.

like 4 years ago i first saw some huge caterpillars in our families tomato plant and i was oh wow so i decided to keep some i feed them tomato leaves and then they turned to pupae i kept them outside and after a few weeks they came out and was amazed how big they are i believe they can handle some type of temp and i hope they come out all right best of luck.

Okay, so their hatching out at different times and I finally have two at the same time. They don't look right to me and hopefully a bug expert can tell me what I'm doing wrong. They can't fly and their wings look deformed. I thought they where suppose to be bigger than 2".
