So I had some hornworms get huge and I let them cacoon and one came out today its a HUGE MONSTER! I'll put a pic of both THE MONSTER and my girl Fred can she eat this or do I need to capture THE MONSTER and set it free upon the country side?

Hornworms and their adult moths are agricultural pests, though the chance this adult moth would even make it far enough to find compatible nectar to feed on is low. It is a soft bodied insect so your cham could eat it, but it's size may completely intimidate your cham. It may not even attempt it.

 I don’t know about this one. I’ve hatched out my share of (hornworm) hawk moths and have found even the smallest a bit too large to dare to give to any of my chams, or even a beardie. The only cham of mine that I would even consider would be my big male veiled. All of my panthers are too small.

The Hornworm Moth is only going to live a couple of months. The Hornworm Moth is not going to be around in 6 months.

Have you got a friend that has a larger reptile to feed the Hornworm Moth too?

Best Regards

I put it in a cricket house while I was deciding what to do. I was gonna just let it go wreak havoc on the countryside but my friend said her turtle might eat it, and it did. So the monster was thwarted and I will repeat said experiment when/if Fred gets bigger. I had no idea the moth would be so big!
