Hornworms are higher in fat than some of the other staple feeders such as crickets, and dubia.
Feeding hornworms on a regular basis can be a dangerous thing for your cham because they will LOVE them so much that they will or may stop eating their staple feeders. I would recommend feeding hornworms to your chameleon yes, but not more than about 2-3 times a week for a juvenile, and 1-2 times a week for adults.

I think Hornworms are an excellent regular feeder, but as movieman said, far from being a staple feeder due to their low chitin content.
I find they really help arboreal and desert lizards like chameleons and bearded dragons stay hydrated and healthy. I also like to feed them to fatten up females for breeding season.

totally off topic i know, but how many horns do you sell and at what price?
and, i have two that are pupae, what do i do with them to take care of them once they emerge?

With respect to Brad and the staff here, I'm going to answer your question through Private Message and not on the public forum.
To answer your second question, you need to have some sugar water ready for them to drink from a hummingbird feeder. Past that, wait for them to breed and harvest the eggs as you see them.
