Homemade mister?

I have several aquarium pumps and pond pumps I was thinking about using for a mister or artificial rain? I was wondering if anyone has made one before?

Do a search on here- there have been many threads about this. I built my own from pond pumps, but I'll tell you now, don't expect a fine mist. It's more like rain, as a pond pump doesn't create enough pressure to create mist. If you have a few pond pumps just laying around, go for it. But I wouldn't go and spend money on trying to build one from scratch. It's more worth it to just go ahead and spend a little more and get you an Aquazamp or Mistking system. You'd come close to spending that much on building one anyway.

Awsome setup. That maybe what I will do. Is the pump on a timer?
