Homemade Humidifier

I built this a while ago for my tokay geckos
It works way better than the reptifogger and cost less

I purchased it off of amazon. I dont know the brand off the top of my head all i did was, I typed cool mist humidifier in the search and found one that matched the video on youtube. I saw a bunch being sold under different brand names that were very similar if not the exact same. and chose the one that was the cheapest. ill try to find a brand when i get home

Would a warm mist work? I got one of those already

Would a warm mist work? I got one of those already

I didnt like those because the warm mist seems to be more like steam and rise as opposed to going down, and I heard that the warm mist can cause more bacterial problems than the cool mist ones.

yup basically what i got....i dont think it was that seller but that looks like what i got.

BTW I took off the white nozzle thing and got a female adapter. Female slip on one side and female threaded on the other so that i could use a plastic hose barb to match the tubing that comes out of the back of my tank
