Hmmm...Hornworms and open mouth?

So, I have noticed that a couple of times Zaphod will have his mouth open (not always under basking spot) since feeding him hornworms. I'm wondering if this is because of the amount of hydration that he is getting from the worms, or is he doing this possibly because he is really full? I just noticed a similar question in another thread and it got me thinking... Zaphod has no mucus that I can see, and there is no normal signs of respiratory issues. He seems fine! Do any of you find this happens to your chams?

I spotted fred doing the same thing a bit.normally while basking my conclusion was he was too hot.I put some leaves a bit closer too the basking spot for cover but he didn't go for it he just stopped with the mouth after a day or 2.I have no idea what it was for but there has been nothing wrong since

He did this twice today, once when the basking bulb wasn't even on. Just wondering if there is a connection. :)

I couldn't find any reason for it.and everything was fine at the time and has been since.he just did it for 2 or so days.it doesn't seem to be any harm.as long as its going on the whole time I wouldn't worry

As usual, Zaphod is just doin' stuff to mess with my head! :p He hasn't done it since, and is acting perfectly normal today. (normal for him anyway ;))

Normal? I didn't know you could get chameleons that way not veileds anyway.is there any such thing as a typical cham ha
