Or atleast his first with me. He must have just started while I was at work. I gave him a good mist a little bit ago and just turned the lights out. Anything else I should do to help him? Just extra misting? Should I give him reptivite or other vitamin other than cal? More than the monthly dose with D3?

Just up the humidity. Do not up the dose of anything. Just more humidity will help. Maybe an extra mist or 2.

I like to give my shedding chameleons a long shower. Just gave my Parsons several hours of showering. That much time isn't necessary, but he was enjoying it so I let it roll.
