Hi I’m just wondering if this is a male or female panther Chameleon

Hi everyone I just got this guy and I was wondering if it’s a male or female panther.. they said he is 3 1/2 Months old. The little white dot is from the pet store from when I put him on hold.

you have a male! You can tell by the bulge at the base of his tail.
