Hes Finally Here :D

Hey everyone my chameleon finally came in today, I will be posting pics soon. But first I had a question on him. He is really chill, but when you try to approach him he doesnt puff up or hiss, he just runs away I was just wondering if that was normal?

Pretty typically you want to give him a few weeks to a month to settle in. Let him get used to you. only go in the cage to feed water and clean, I wouldn't try to handle him. If he is getting territorial when you walk by then he is probably an extra grumpy one, but if he is just getting pissy when you attempt to go near him then that is normal. and he will be moody until he gets used to everything.

my veilled was the same but he would his and try to kill me , now after a few weeks soon as i go into the room hes in, hes straight to the front ov his viv& cant wait to come out, hes so freindly now,so stick with it he will soon come round, just sit with your hand near his open door for a while he will get used to you. good luck
