They don't bite, but when they feel threatened they spread their wings, get into a boxer stance, and try to slash you with their claws. I have I video Ill try to upload. gary1621 said: He is so cool! Lizardlover New Member May 20, 2010 #6 RIP little guy. They don't live very long once they are adults and this guy was old to begin with. Atleast he mated before he died. I have some ootheca now.

But I believe they are found predominately in Mexico but some parts of Texas bordering that area.
